Supporting NEAS’s London to Paris Challenge

North East Autism Society's Le Tour de NEAS

Horizon Group is proud to be supporting the North East Autism Society (NEAS) as a sponsor for the 2026 London to Paris Cycling Challenge.

Taking place over the August Bank Holiday weekend, Le Tour de NEAS will see riders take on a 225 mile journey from London to Paris over three days, raising funds and awareness in support of Autism Acceptance.

As a group, we’re proud to support initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for autistic and neurodivergent people and are delighted to play a part in this year’s challenge.

More Than a Cycling Challenge

The funds raised through the challenge will support NEAS’s Growing Futures appeal.

Growing Futures will transform New Warlands Farm in Burnhope, County Durham, into a unique visitor attraction featuring a café, farm shop, cider-making plant, sustainable farm and nature walks.

The project will also create 70 job placements each year for autistic and neurodivergent people, helping individuals develop skills, confidence and greater independence.

With just 3 in 10 autistic adults in the UK currently in paid employment, initiatives like Growing Futures can make a meaningful difference by creating new pathways into employment.

The Challenge

Starting in Central London, riders will travel through the Surrey Hills before crossing the Channel and continuing through the Normandy countryside towards Paris.

Day 1: London to Portsmouth – 77 miles
Day 2: Caen to Évreux – 83 miles
Day 3: Évreux to Paris – 65 miles

225 miles across three days

The challenge is fully supported, with support vehicles, accommodation, refreshments, route guidance and bike transportation provided for participants.

Proud to Support the Journey

Horizon Group is delighted to support NEAS and the riders taking on this incredible challenge.

By sponsoring the event, we’re helping contribute towards a campaign that aims to create greater opportunities for autistic and neurodivergent people while raising awareness of Autism Acceptance.

We wish everyone taking part the very best of luck for the ride.
